Terms of Service

Last updated: July 21, 2026

The agreement that governs your use of Every Tools and its free online utilities.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "your") and Every Tools ("we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of our websites, online utility tools, and related functionality (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, creating a staff account (if offered), or otherwise interacting with the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service.

Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated by reference.

Related documents: Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy.

2. Description of the Service

Every Tools provides a collection of free online utilities intended to help you complete small tasks quickly—such as text transforms, unit converters, calculators, SEO helpers, and developer utilities. Many tools are browser-first: processing runs on your device whenever the product design allows.

The Service may include informational content (for example FAQs, guides, or tool explanations), a Contact form, cookie preferences controls, and advertising placements. An authenticated operations dashboard may be available to authorized staff; it is not required for ordinary public tool use.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including individual tools, features, or placements. We do not guarantee that any particular tool will remain available indefinitely.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country, if higher) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and “you” includes that organization.

4. Accounts and security

Public tools generally work without an account. If you create or are issued credentials for the operations dashboard or other authenticated areas, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

You must provide accurate registration information where required and promptly update it if it changes. Notify us through the Contact page if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

We may suspend or terminate access to authenticated areas if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated, credentials have been compromised, or continued access presents a security or operational risk.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Without limiting the foregoing, you shall not:

  • Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law or regulation.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or related systems or networks.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, security, or performance of the Service (including by introducing malware, conducting denial-of-service attacks, or overloading infrastructure).
  • Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content or data from the Service in a manner that burdens the Service or violates these Terms, except as permitted by applicable law (for example ordinary search indexing of publicly available pages).
  • Circumvent technical limits, rate limits, cookie preferences, or security controls.
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or use the Service to send spam or abusive Contact submissions.
  • Copy, mirror, resell, or redistribute the Service or its content as a competing product, except for fair use of publicly available informational pages as allowed by law.
  • Use tool outputs as a substitute for professional advice where professional judgment is required (including legal, medical, tax, payroll, HR, or financial advice).

6. Tool inputs, outputs, and your responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you paste, type, upload, or otherwise provide to any tool ("Tool Inputs"), and for your use of any results ("Outputs").

You represent that you have the rights necessary to process Tool Inputs with the Service and that your Tool Inputs and use of Outputs do not infringe others’ rights or violate law.

For browser-first tools, Tool Inputs are processed on your device and are not intended to be stored by us. If a tool requires server-side processing, that will be disclosed on the tool page; you should not submit highly sensitive secrets unless the tool is specifically designed for that purpose and you accept the associated risk.

Outputs are provided for convenience and informational purposes only. You must verify Outputs before relying on them for important decisions. Calculators and converters may use assumptions, rounding, or simplified models; always confirm critical results independently.

7. Intellectual property

The Service—including its software, design, trademarks, logos, compilation of tools, and original content—is owned by Every Tools or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to access and use the Service under these Terms, no rights are granted to you by implication or otherwise.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the Service’s software or branding except as expressly permitted in writing or required by mandatory law.

As between you and us, you retain rights in your Tool Inputs. To the limited extent necessary to operate a server-side feature you choose to use, you grant us a non-exclusive license to process those inputs solely to provide that feature.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services and may display third-party advertising. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or practices.

Advertising, when enabled, is non-essential and is shown only after you choose Accept All in cookie preferences. Interaction with advertisers is between you and the advertiser.

Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms and privacy policies.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; that defects will be corrected; or that Outputs will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your purposes. Tool pages and ads must fail soft where practical, but we do not guarantee any particular uptime or performance level.

Nothing on the Service constitutes professional advice. Health-, payroll-, tax-, legal-, and similar calculators are informational utilities only.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL Every Tools OR ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (IF ANY) OR (B) FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (US $50).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Every Tools and its officers, directors, agents, and employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your Tool Inputs or Outputs; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any third-party right or applicable law.

12. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. Cookies and similar technologies are described in the Cookie Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge those policies.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, if required by law, or if needed to protect the Service or others.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnity) will survive termination.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Changes become effective when posted, unless a later effective date is stated.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.

15. General

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede prior or contemporaneous agreements on the subject, except that a separately signed written agreement (if any) will control to the extent of a conflict.

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.

You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or sale of assets.

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of the Service maintains its principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country require otherwise. Subject to those mandatory laws, courts in that jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Service.

16. Contact

If you have questions about these Terms, please contact us through the Contact page on this website.
