Every Tools handles many of those jobs directly in your browser for free, with no token bill and no model round-trip for everyday utilities.

It depends on the tool. Helpers such as token estimates or cost calculators can be local and deterministic. If a tool calls an external AI or API, that is disclosed on the tool page. We do not silently send your text to a model unless the tool clearly says so.

Treat them as planning guidance. Exact token counts and billing can differ by provider, model version, pricing changes, and special tokens. Confirm against your provider’s current docs when accuracy matters for invoices.
