How it works
Randomness (v1):
• Each face is a fair inclusive integer from 1 to the number of sides
• Prefers the Web Crypto API (crypto.getRandomValues) for unbiased integers
• Falls back to Math.random when Web Crypto is unavailable
• Multiple dice show each face and the sum
• Optional recent history keeps the last 10 rolls in your browser session only
Press Clear to reset the result and history. Respects prefers-reduced-motion (skips the short roll animation).
Entertainment and tabletop fun only — not gambling advice and not a cryptographic randomness audit. Outcomes stay in your browser; nothing is uploaded.
Examples
- D6 → face 1–6
- D20 → face 1–20
- Custom 12 sides × 3 dice → three faces and a sum
- Clear → empty result and history

FAQ
Are the dice fair?
Yes for everyday and tabletop use. When Web Crypto is available, the tool draws unbiased integers with crypto.getRandomValues. Older environments fall back to Math.random.
What side counts are supported?
Presets for D6 and D20, plus custom sides from 2 to 1000. You can roll up to 40 dice at once and see each face plus the sum.
Are my rolls saved on a server?
No. Recent rolls stay in your browser session only and clear when you leave or press Clear. We do not log outcomes.
Is this for gambling?
No. It is for entertainment and tabletop fun only — not betting, casino simulation, or certified RNG advice.
Do I need an account?
No. All published tools work for guests without login.
