World Clock Time Converter

Multi-city timeline world clock and time converter for scheduling across time zones at a glance—browser-only, no accounts.

Tool workspace

Loading the world clock timeline…

How it works

Add cities, set a home timezone, and scan the aligned hour grid. Hover or focus an hour to compare local times; click to select a meeting block and copy the converted times.

The timeline uses IANA timezones and your browser’s Intl APIs, so daylight saving is applied for the selected calendar day. Weekend cells are marked with a “wknd” label (not colour alone).

“Copy link to this view” stores cities, home, date, and selected hour in the page URL hash only—nothing is saved on the server. Accounts and cross-device sync are intentionally out of scope.

Examples

  • Indianapolis + Buenos Aires + London → hover 2pm home to see matching local hours
  • Select 10am home → copy “America/Indiana/Indianapolis: 10am … · Europe/London: …”

Privacy

Privacy: city lists and selected meeting times stay in your browser (and optional URL hash). We do not log or store them. Login is not required.

FAQ

Is this affiliated with World Time Buddy?

No. The interaction is inspired by that converter UI, but this UtilTools page is independent and does not use their accounts or services.

Are my cities saved to an account?

No. Optional “link to this view” keeps state in the URL hash in your browser only. There is no sign-in or server sync on this tool.

How are timezones calculated?

Hours are aligned to a home-local calendar day using IANA zone ids and browser/timezone database rules, including daylight saving for that day.

Do I need an account?

No. All published tools work for guests without login.
